小学教育的意义在于奠基人生,其重点是启蒙养正。上海市实验小学是一所百年老校。学校一直有育人为先、成就人才、以教育强国固基的教育传统。在新时代背景下,学校从以下方面坚守与创新育人传统:坚守教育本源、丰富育人实践;借助“小学核心价值观现状与对策研究”课题研究,学校提出8大核心价值观培养要素,通过建立4条培育途径,明确4大教育重点;传承学校教书育人强国固基的百年育人实践;依托网络,开放育人模式。 The significance of primary education lies in the foundation of life, its focus is to enlightenment.
