目的:对产时责任制管理模式在产妇分娩过程中的应用价值作以分析评价。方法:择取浙江中医药大学附属第二医院2015年6月~2016年6月妇产科的94例产妇为研究对象,按照随机分组方式将其均分为观察组与对照组,观察组采取产时责任制管理模式,对照组接受传统产时管理,将两组产妇第一、二产程时间、分娩方式、母婴结局作以比较。结果:观察组第一、二产程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组阴道分娩率为85.1%高于对照组的44.7%(P<0.05)。观察组母婴结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇分娩过程中实施产时责任制管理模式能明显缩短第一、二产程时间,提高产妇顺产率,降低母婴并发症发生率,临床应用效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and appraise the value of the occupational responsibility system in the process of maternal delivery. Methods: 94 maternal women in obstetrics and gynecology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects, divided into observation group and control group according to randomization method, and observation group The system of responsibility management at birth and the control group accepted the traditional management of production hours, comparing the time of the first and second parturients, the mode of delivery and the maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups. Results: The first and second part of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was 85.1% higher than that in the control group (44.7%, P <0.05). Maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the system of occupational liability management in labor during childbirth can significantly shorten the time of first and second stage of labor, improve maternal delivery rate, reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications, and has good clinical effect.
