To investigate the mechanism of radiation-induced cellular uptake of carboplatin, we performed a single irradiation of V_ (79) Chinese hamster lung fibroblast cell line treated with 1 mM carboplatin in oxygen-rich condition and hypodermic conditions (Irradiated cells are still card-making liquid) 10 ~ 50Gy / 6.45 ~ 32.46 minutes of different doses, and the same treatment of the control group false illumination.
