在国内自行车行业,脚蹬轴加工都已采用冷挤压工艺。但目前的冷挤压工艺大多留有飞边,工艺流程一般为缩一、缩二、镦大头、切口、切飞边等五道工序。其缺点是大头成形后表面粗糙,周向存在1毫米厚的飞边,且工序较多。我厂对该项工艺进行了改革,参考国内外资料及同类产品,设计了浮动式挤压模具,现已投产使用,并在生产应用中取得了良好的经济效益。文献[3]为该工艺提供了理论依据。
In the domestic bicycle industry, pedal processing have been used cold extrusion process.
