新时期,随着我国第三产业的大力发展,旅游行业逐渐发展成为社会经济的重要支柱性行业,其当前对于旅游管理专业学生数量以及其综合素质的要求也逐渐提升。旅游管理专业实施理论教学与实践教学有机结合的教学模式,已经是相关院校为旅游行业培养专业性人才的必然要求。本文通过分析对旅游管理专业理论教学与实践教学实施结合教学的必要性,谈论了将二者进行结合教学的几点策略,以求推动旅游管理专业对于高素质人才的进一步优化培养。
In the new era, with the vigorous development of the tertiary industry in our country, the tourism industry has gradually developed into an important pillar industry in the social economy. At present, its requirements for the number of students majoring in tourism management and its overall quality are gradually increasing. The combination of theory teaching and practice teaching in tourism management major is an inevitable requirement for relevant colleges and universities to train professional talents for the tourism industry. This article analyzes the necessity of combining the theory teaching and the practice teaching of tourism management major with the teaching and discusses several tactics of combining the two with the teaching so as to promote the tourism management major to further optimize the training of highly qualified personnel.
