目的鉴定Rh系统ce复合抗原抗体抗-ce(抗-RH6或抗-f),制订患者交叉配血的策略。方法对6例抗体筛选阳性且Rh表型分别为DCc Ee(4例)、Dcc EE(1例)、DCCee(1例)的患者血浆采用LISS/Coombs卡做抗体鉴定,根据阴性排除法的原则确定抗体的特异性;同时采用吸收和放散试验区分和鉴定同时存在的同种抗体。结果 6例患者血浆中均存在Rh血型系统ce复合抗原抗体抗-ce,其中2例分别同时存在抗-e或抗-c。结论红细胞上缺乏Rh复合抗原ce的患者经过输血或妊娠免疫,可能产生针对该复合抗原的抗体抗-ce,而抗-ce与单纯的c和e抗原均无反应性;抗-ce可能和Rh系统的抗-c或抗-e同时存在。
Objective To identify the anti-ce (anti-RH6 or anti-f) anti-ce (anti-rH6 or anti-f) antibody of Rh system. Methods The plasma of 6 patients with positive Rh antibodies and DC phenotypes of DCe Ee (4 cases), Dcc EE (1 case) and DCCee (1 case) were identified by LISS / Coombs card. According to the principle of negative exclusion Determine the specificity of the antibody; at the same time using absorption and diffusion test to distinguish and identify the simultaneous existence of alloantibodies. Results All six patients had anti-CE antibody against ce blood group and anti-e or anti-c in two of them. CONCLUSIONS: Patients with erythrocytes lacking Rh composite antigen ce may have anti-ce against antibody against this composite antigen after transfusion or pregnancy, while both anti-ce and naive c and e antigens have no reactivity. Anti-ce may be associated with Rh System anti-c or anti-e co-exist.
