社会福利院的工作宗旨和业务范围是:“提供收养服务,弘扬救助精神,孤儿与弃婴收养,‘三无’老人收养,收养对象康复治疗,以及相关社会服务。”其职能作用概而言之就是“上为党和政府分忧、下帮天下尽孝”。政工干部要想在新时期与时俱进,在社会福利事业工作中发挥积极作用和影响,作者认为要在“(一)目光放远学习精粹知识;(二)落落大方亮出文明窗口;(三)坦诚相待团结党员群众;(四)脚踏实地力争工作出彩”这四个方面多努力、下功夫。
Social Welfare Institute’s purpose and scope of work is: “to provide adoption services, carry forward the spirit of helping orphans and abandoned babies, ’three non-elderly’ adoption, rehabilitation of adoptive objects, and related social services.” In other words, “for the party and government share the worry, under the world to help filial piety.” In order to keep pace with the times in the new era and to play a positive role and influence in the work of social welfare undertakings, the cadres of political work and the government think that they should learn the essence of knowledge in a long-term perspective; (2) They should gracefully display the window of civilization; (Three) frankly united unite party members and the masses; (four) down-to-earth and strive to work out of color “” These four aspects of efforts, work hard.
