铝及铝铁合金加工软化行为表明,质量分数为0.9996的铝没有加工软化现象.而在其中加入铁配成Al-Fe合金(其中Fe的质量分数为0.02),当轧制率达90%以上时出现加工软化现象.研究认为,Al中Fe的质量分数接近Al-Fe相图中共晶成分时,形成FeAl3粒子,起到净化Al基体作用,净化后的Al基体层错能提高,促使加工软化现象出现.
The softening behavior of aluminum and aluminum alloy showed that the mass fraction of 0.9996 aluminum softening phenomenon is not processing. In addition, iron was added into Al-Fe alloy (Fe content is 0.02), and the softening phenomenon appeared when the rolling rate reached 90%. It is considered that the mass fraction of Fe in Al is close to that of the eutectic in the Al-Fe phase diagram, and the FeAl3 particles are formed to purify the Al matrix. The delamination of the Al matrix after purification can be improved and the phenomenon of processing softening appears.
