装饰工程为建筑工程的二级学科,随着学科发展,逐渐形成独立个体,从中分化出工装和家装两大块。随着上世纪90年代居民整体开始追求提升物质生活,家装市场变成了众多发展资本的目标,各地高校应运而生此专业,家装公司也开始越来越多。教育资源有限与监督管理混乱,使得整个市场沸腾但无序;恶性市场竞争,抢进度导致质量的下降。从公司角度,销售取代设计师成为核心;从消费者角度,装修套餐送设计,性价比高。对于室内家装设计行业造成负面冲击,行业形象在社会中被看低,市场与设计师的关系应是互利关系,设计师提供的是设计服务,销售提供的是家居产品或建材产品的购买引导服务,二者是同一条产业链上的不同岗位;家装设计师行业树立形象需要整体去维护和改善,从专业和法律两个部分结合。
