为观察模拟失重和辐射对细胞结构和功能的影响 ,用回转器模拟失重 ,60 Co -γ射线辐照体外培养的心肌和成骨细胞。结果表明 :( 1 )模拟失重时 ,心肌细胞的直径缩小近40 % ;对细胞骨架有明显的影响 ,微丝分布不均匀 ,无明显的方向性 ;对成骨细胞分裂、增殖活性有明显的影响 ,呈现分裂功能降低 ,增殖活性受抑制 ;( 2 ) 2Gy60 Co -γ射线辐照对培养心肌细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量及乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性有较显著影响 ,特别是辐射和模拟失重共同作用时 ,则呈现一定的协同效应趋势。
