近年来,随着我国经济社会的逐步发展进步,人民的生活水平也随之发生了翻天覆地的变化。人们的世界观、人生观和价值观均较之以往出现了根本的转变,看问题的角度和想法也不同以往那么单纯固定了,极易受到周围环境的影响产生偏离轨道的现象。这些变化如同一把双刃剑,给新时期企业的思想政治工作带来了极大的挑战。以往传统的思想政治工作方式方法已不适应当前的形势变化需要,必须从根本上加以创新。在新时期的大背景下,对企业思想政治工作加以创新,不但有利于企业员工身心的健康,有利于企业的可持续行发展,而且更有利于加快社会主义和谐社会的建设步伐。笔者将结合多年来在企业工作的实践经验,对新时期企业思想政治工作创新进行深入分析探讨,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的启示作用。
In recent years, with the gradual development and progress of our economy and society, people’s living standards have undergone tremendous changes. People’s world outlook, outlook on life and values have all changed fundamentally from the past. Viewing the issue’s point of view and its ideas are not as simple as they were in the past. They are highly vulnerable to the orbit of the surrounding environment. These changes are like double-edged sword, bringing great challenges to the ideological and political work of enterprises in the new era. The traditional methods of working in ideological and political ways in the past have not adapted to the needs of the current situation and must be fundamentally innovated. Under the background of the new era, to innovate ideological and political work in enterprises is not only conducive to the health of employees, but also conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises, and more conducive to accelerating the pace of building a socialist harmonious society. I will combine years of practical experience in the work of enterprises, enterprise innovation and ideological and political work in the new era to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion, I hope it can play a catalytic role.
