目的对一起疑似食物中毒进行病原学检验。方法参照GB/T4789-2003程序检验,同时用法国生物梅利微生物鉴定仪进行生化鉴定。结果在21份留样食品中检出5株肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种,5份肛拭中检出2株肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种。31份从业人员中查出4株肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种。结论本次食物中毒为肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种所致。
Objective To carry out an etiological test on suspected food poisoning. Methods reference GB / T4789-2003 program test, at the same time with the French biomedical Microbial Identification of biochemical identification. Results Five strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia were detected in 21 sample-preserved foods and two strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia were detected in 5 samples of anal swab. Among the 31 practitioners, 4 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia were detected. Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia.
