1963年卫生部公布了“矽尘作业工人医疗预防措施实施办法”矽肺诊断标准。这个标准对矽肺的诊断和流行病学调查研究起到了重要作用,并积累了一定的经验。但是目前这个标准不能圆满地解决实际工作中的问题。为此,我们对煤矽肺及其定诊前的X线胸片进行了回顾性调查分析。 资料来源与调查方法 我们选择了陶庄、山家林和坊子煤矿1963年以来矽肺查体资料和生产场所粉尘资料作为调查内容。
In 1963, the Ministry of Health released the diagnostic criteria for silicosis of “Measures for the Implementation of Medical Precautions for Silicone Dust Operators”. This standard plays an important role in the diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of silicosis, and has accumulated some experience. However, at present, this standard can not satisfactorily solve the problems in practical work. To this end, we conducted a retrospective survey of coal silicosis and its pre-diagnosis X-ray. Sources of information and survey methods We selected the silicagel examination data and dust information of production sites from 1963 in Taozhuang, Shanjialin and Fangzi Coal Mine as survey contents.
