目的:观察通窍散枕用配合辨证分型治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者随机分为2组。对照组48例采用辨证分型、鼻腔负压置换治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上配合通窍散枕用治疗,疗程均为10天。观察2组治疗前后症状体征改善情况,评价临床疗效。结果:愈显率治疗组为84.00%,对照组为70.83%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组鼻塞及头痛症状改善迅速,在治疗3天时与对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗10天时治疗组鼻塞、鼻涕、头痛症状积分均较对照组低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍散枕用配合辨证分型治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎效果良好,并对鼻塞、头痛症状减轻作用迅速。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Powder combined with syndrome differentiation in the treatment of children with acute sinusitis. Methods: 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 48 cases were treated by dialectical classification and nasal negative pressure replacement. The treatment group was treated with Tongqiao Powder for 50 cases on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 10 days. The symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: The cure rate was 84.00% in the treatment group and 70.83% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The symptoms of nasal obstruction and headache in treatment group were improved rapidly, and the differences were significant (P <0.01) between the treatment group and the control group on the 3rd day after treatment. The scores of nasal obstruction, nasal discharge and headache in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group All of them have significant significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tongqiao Powder combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment of acute sinusitis in children with good results, and rapid relief of nasal congestion, headache symptoms.
