“HD-1”杀虫菌系苏云金杆菌的一个变种,原产美国。1979年下半年我所用扬州地区农科所生化厂中试产品对菜青虫进行了防治试验,效果好,无公害、不伤菌,成本少。 据我所1979年8月田间试验,测知“HD-1”杀虫菌防治菜青虫效果为78.9％,比晶体敌百虫、40％乐果乳剂和50％马拉硫磷乳剂24-48小时分别高6.212.5％、50-70％和30.9-35.2％,72小时后防效高出17.1％、87％、和44.4％。1980年5月田间对比试验表明:“HD-1”杀虫菌防治菜青虫的效果,36小时 “HD-1” a bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis variant, native to the United States.
