1987年1月5日至2日水利电力部召开了工作会议。会议第一阶段传达中纪委八次会议精神,交流端正党风的经验,讨论部党组关于“加强精神文明建设,实现党风根本好转”的报告。第二阶段传达全国计划会议和全国技术进步会议精神,然后按水利、电力和水电基建三大片分别开会,研究部署1987年工作。下面仅就会议对当前水电形势的估计和对1987年水电生产建设任务的部署进行综合报道。
January 5, 1987 to 2 Ministry of Water Resources and Power held a working meeting. The first phase of the conference conveyed the spirit of the 8th session of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission, exchanged the experience of rectifying the party style and discussed the report of the party group on “strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and basically improving the party’s work style.” The second phase conveyed the spirit of the National Planning Conference and the National Conference on Technological Progress and then held separate meetings according to the three major pieces of water conservancy, electricity and hydropower infrastructure to study and deploy the work in 1987.
