目的观察表面肌电生物反馈疗法对偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选取该院于2015年1月—2017年2月收治的40例脑卒中后偏瘫的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组采用表面肌电生物反馈疗法结合常规康复训练,对照组采取基本康复治疗。康复治疗共30d,治疗期间各组分别进行康复前和康复后两次评价。肢体运动功能评价采用简式Fugl-Meyer(FM)评分法评价。日常生活能力评价采用巴氏指数(BI)评分法评价。结果治疗30d后,治疗组患者偏瘫肢体功能及日常生活能力在治疗后得到显著改善,其FM和BI评分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义;对照组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义。治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论表面肌电生物反馈疗法能够促进偏瘫患者肢体功能的恢复,其疗效优于单纯康复训练组。
Objective To observe the effect of surface electromyogram biofeedback therapy on limb functional recovery in patients with hemiplegia. Methods Forty patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table. Each group included 20 patients in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated by surface myoelectron biological feedback Combination of conventional rehabilitation training and treatment, the control group to take basic rehabilitation. Rehabilitation treatment a total of 30d, during treatment, each group were pre-rehabilitation and rehabilitation after two evaluations. Limb motor function evaluation using simple Fugl-Meyer (FM) score method evaluation. Assessment of daily living ability using the Papanicolaou (BI) score evaluation. Results After treatment for 30 days, the hemiplegia limb function and daily living ability of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment. The FM and BI scores were significantly different before and after treatment. The difference between the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant. The treatment group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Surface myoelectric biofeedback therapy can promote the recovery of limb function in patients with hemiplegia, and its curative effect is better than that of pure rehabilitation training group.
