为了研究纵轴式掘进机钻进截割时的履带张力特性,结合拉格朗日第二类方程,应用离散体动力学模型法,建立了掘进机履带行走系统的动力学微分方程,仿真得出掘进机履带张力曲线,并对履带张力波动情况进行了分析。研究表明,随着掘进机履带张紧力的加大,履带之间的张力变大,张力波动也增大,该成果也为研究履带式车辆动力学问题提供了参考。
In order to study the crawler tension characteristics of longitudinal boring machine during cutting and cutting, a dynamic differential equation of crawler walking system of boring machine is established by using discrete dynamic model method combined with Lagrange’s second type of equations. The excavator crawler tension curve, and track tension fluctuations were analyzed. The research shows that with the increase of track tension of roadheader, the tension between crawlers becomes larger and the tension fluctuation also increases. The results also provide references for studying the dynamics of tracked vehicles.
