《沈阳桃仙国际机场航空气候志》将于近期出版,这是民航气象系统按着国际民用航空公约规定出版的首册《航空气候志》。《航空气候志》的出版为保障飞行安全提供了可靠保证。1997年初总局空管局气象处下发了关于编写《民航机场航空气候志》的通知和暂行规定。民航东北空管局气象中心接到通知后,马上调整了编写小组。按着要求重新输入资料,克服了人员少、工作量大、资料浩繁等困难,经过一年的努力,终于在今年4月编写完毕即将出版。
“Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Aviation Climate Records” will be published in the near future, this is the civil aviation meteorological system in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on International Civil Aviation published the first volume “Aeronautical Climate.” The publication of Aeronautical Climatology provides a credible guarantee of flight safety. In early 1997, the Meteorological Office of the AA Air Traffic Control Administration issued a notice and provisional regulations on the preparation of “Aeronautical Climate Record at Civil Aviation Airport”. Civil Aviation Northeast Meteorological Center received a notice, immediately adjusted the writing team. Re-entering information as required, overcame the difficulties of less personnel, heavy workload and more information. After a year of hard work, it was finally published in April this year.
