为了降低工程机械产品噪声,1985年5月1日起,在全行业贯彻实施JB3774.1-84和JB3774.2-84两项测量与控制工程机械噪声的部颁标准。天津工程机械研究所举办了几次噪声控制培训班,与部分主机厂共同治理了一些产品的噪声,并取得了比较满意的效果。一、工程机械产品噪声现状根据三类工程机械(功率40.5～294.2kW,发动机转速1050～2800r/min)的噪声普查与实测,说明国产工程机械噪声,司机耳边多为96～100dBA,低于90dBA 的仅占18%,比国外
In order to reduce the noise of construction machinery products, from May 1st, 1985, the ministerial standards of mechanical noise measurement and control engineering of JB3774.1-84 and JB3774.2-84 were implemented in the whole industry. The Tianjin Institute of Construction Machinery held several noise control training classes, and together with some OEMs, it has managed the noise of some products and achieved satisfactory results. I. Noise status of construction machinery products According to the noise survey and actual measurement of three types of construction machinery (power 40.5-294.2 kW, engine speed 1050-2800r/min), it shows that the domestic construction machinery noise is mostly 96-100dBA, which is less than the driver’s ear.
