用双波长等吸收消去法测定复方螺内酯霜中螺内酯的含量：测定波长２３８ｎｍ，参比波长２７２．２ｎｍ。方法回收率９９．２％。
The content of spirolactone in the compound spirolactone cream was determined by two-wavelength absorption-elimination method. The measurement wavelength was 238 nm and the reference wavelength was 272.2 nm. Method recovery 99.2%.
