Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the infusion of patients with emergency infusion. Methods A total of 100 infusion patients admitted to our emergency department from May to June in 2015 were selected as observation group and given humanized nursing. Another 100 patients admitted to the emergency department from May 2014 to June were selected as control group and received routine nursing care. Infusion adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The infusion rate of the observation group was unreasonable, and the incidence of adverse reactions such as infusion reaction and infusion extravasation was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group in nursing preparation, venipuncture and infusion monitoring was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention significantly reduced the occurrence of adverse events in patients with emergency infusion and improved nursing satisfaction.
