本文在对粉煤灰中磁殊的理化特性研究的基础上,指出了磁珠的分选方法和三种分选工艺的分选结果.论述了磁珠与目前重介质选煤所用的加重质磁铁矿粉在粒度、密度、比磁化率、磁性物含量、稳定性、介质回收率、耐氧化性、及耐磨性的对比试验结果,给出采用从粉煤灰中回收的磁球代替磁铁矿粉作选煤加重质不仅对各项分选指标没有影响,而且具有较好的经济效益和社会效益等重要结论。
Based on the study of physical and chemical properties of magnetic special in fly ash, this paper points out the sorting method of magnetic beads and the sorting results of three kinds of sorting processes.
