1.引言 A/D模拟数字转换器的类型繁多,品种规格也很复杂,从工作原理来分,大致可分为以下类型:(1)比较型模—数转换器;(2)电压一时间式A/D转换器;(3)电压—频率A/D转换器;(4)复合式A/D转换器;(5)高速高精度A/D转换器;(6)特种模数转换器。按照A/D转换器的基本原理,大致可分为积分式(间接式)和比较式(直接式)两大类。双积分型
