随着改革开放水平越来越高,我国经济对外交流越来越频繁,发达国家实施的资源全球化战略直接冲击着我国矿业企业的发展。虽然我国矿业公司发展起步晚,在国际竞争中不占优势,但是只要我国矿业公司加强内部控制,重视企业的财务管理,不断提高核心竞争力,就一定能在竞争中取得优势。本文针对矿业企业财务管理制度中出现的问题,提出建议和对策,帮助企业提高管理水平。
As the level of reform and opening up is getting higher and higher, the foreign exchange in our economy is getting more and more frequent. The strategy of resource globalization implemented by the developed countries has a direct impact on the development of China’s mining enterprises. Although the development of China’s mining companies started late, they are not dominant in the international competition. However, as long as China’s mining companies strengthen internal control, attach importance to the financial management of enterprises and continuously improve their core competitiveness, they will certainly gain advantages in the competition. This article aims at the problems that appear in the financial management system of mining enterprises, puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to help enterprises to improve the management level.
