目的:研究以微格教学模式为基础的针灸推拿临床教学质量改善效果.方法:选取实习护生32名,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统临床教学模式,观察组以微格教学模式为基础实施教学,对比两组护生实习后考核成绩、护士核心胜任力以及对带教老师满意情况.结果:观察组针灸、推拿课程理论考核及实践考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实习结束时观察组护士核心胜任能力分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度100%,明显高于对照组62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:以微格教学模式为基础实施针灸推拿临床教学可明显提高其教学质量,实习护生各项考核成绩及满意度较高.“,”Objective:To study the effects of improving quality of clinical teaching of acupuncture and massage based on micro-teaching model.Methods:There were 32 students of nursing interned selected from our hospital,and were divided into control group and observation group randomly.The control group was used traditional clinical teaching mode,and the observation group was used micro-teaching model to perform clinical teaching.Assessment results,core competency of nursers and satisfaction of demonstration teachers were contrasted after the internship in the two groups.Results:The observation group showed higher theory and practice assessment scores of acupuncture and massage course than the control group (P<0.05).After the internship,the observation group showed higher core competencies than the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was 100% in observation group and 62.5% in control group;the observation group showed higher satisfaction rate than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The micro-teaching model as a basis applied into clinical teaching of acupuncture and massage can significantly improve quality of teaching,with higher evaluation results and satisfactory degree of nursing student.It has the clinical application value.
