目的 为了降低医疗成本,, 我们研制了国产可控电解弹簧圈, 命名为吴氏可控电解弹簧圈( W E D C) , 并对其性能进行测定和检验。方法 测定 W E D C 的透视下标记的清晰程度, 完成弹簧圈和连接点的抗拉力和疲劳实验, 体外和体内的电离解脱功能。制作狗的侧方、顶端和分叉部动脉瘤模型18 枚, 用 W E D C 进行栓塞实验。结果 标记在透视下清晰可见, 弹簧圈和连接点的抗拉力和疲劳实验证明了国产材料的安全性, 体外和体内的电离解脱时间与进口产品相近。动脉瘤模型完全闭塞占72 % , 大部闭塞占28 % 。弹簧圈可以诱发动脉瘤腔内血栓形成, 栓塞后2 个月内动脉瘤开口处逐渐被新生的内皮所封闭, 血栓被机化。结论 W E D C 在性能上达到了国外同类产品的水平, 特别是标记较清晰, 可以诱发血栓和内皮生成, 实验结果证明了国产材料的安全性和有效性。
Objective In order to reduce the medical cost, we developed a domestic controllable electrolytic coil named Wu’s controllable electrolytic coil (W E D C), and measured its performance. Methods The clarity of the W E D C under fluoroscopy was measured and the tensile and fatigue tests of the coils and joints were completed, and the ionization and dissociation function in vitro and in vivo were completed. Eighteen adventitial, apical and bifurcation aneurysms were made in dogs, and embolization experiments were performed with WECD. The results were clearly visible under fluoroscopy. Tensile strength and fatigue tests of the coils and joints proved the safety of domestic materials. The ionization and detachment times in vitro and in vivo were similar to those of imported products. Aneurysm models accounted for 72% of complete occlusion, occlusion accounted for 28%. Coil can induce aneurysm cavity thrombosis, aneurysm within 2 months after embolization is gradually closed by the newborn endothelium, thrombosis was machine. Conclusion W E D C has reached the level of similar foreign products in performance, especially the marker is clearer and can induce thrombus and endothelium production. The experimental results prove the safety and effectiveness of domestic materials.
