现代大规模集成电路的生产是高科技的制造过程,因产品种类繁多、加工工序复杂,要求半导体企业对生产过程实施更加精益化的管理,而MES可以为用户提供一个快速反应、有弹性、精细化的制造业环境,帮助企业减低成本、按期交货、提高产品的质量和提高服务质量。因此所有的半导体生产企业都设有生产执行系统(MES)来监控和管理生产现场。但对于MES前段工艺流程数据的建立及维护工作依然是采用人工手动操作或使用辅助工具输入的方法,这很难保证工艺流程数据的准确性,使MES执行错误指令,继而影响产品的质量,甚至导致产品报废,增加成本;并且人工输入耗时过长,影响企业快速反应的能力,降低客户的满意度。在一定程度上影响整个企业的竞争力和持续性。本文通过对世界第二大半导体代工企业U公司工艺流程数据建立所面临的困难与应对策略进行分析,总结U公司如何通过将工艺流程的输入模块化,信息化,从而使MES更有效率更准确的为企业服务。
