预备役部队经过这些年的发展,作为骨干力量的现役军官队伍结构日趋稳定,但也呈现出“五多五少”的变化。这种变化既有利也有弊,需要引起各级领导的注意。 野战部队交流军官多,军队院校毕业的少。近年来,从野战部队交流的军官成为预备役部队现役干部的主要来源。以某预团为例,1993年来,从院校毕业的只有1人,而交流的军官年龄大、职务高,与部队连职干部缺编、营职干部超编的现状形成矛盾。建议适当交流一些院校毕业的年轻干部,使之形成梯次配备的合理结构。 大专以上文化军官多,但正规院校毕业
After years of development, the reservists’ forces have become more and more stable in the ranks of active military officers as backbone forces, but the “reserve of more than 5 and less” has also shown a change. There are many field army exchange officers and fewer military academies and graduates. In recent years, military officers who have exchanged information from field units have become the main source of active cadres in reserve forces. Take a certain group as an example.
