借助于C语言, 编制了Rist操作线图程序, 通过它, 可以定量分析诸因素对预还原过程的影响。结果表明: 在预还原过程中, 煤气消耗量随二次燃烧率、预还原度升高而增大, 随煤气氢含量升高而降低。
With C language, the Rist operation chart program was compiled, through which you can quantitatively analyze the impact of various factors on the pre-reduction process. The results show that during the pre-reduction process, the gas consumption increases with the secondary combustion rate and the prereduction degree, and decreases with the increase of hydrogen content in the gas.
