蘑菇(Mushroom)是一种大型真菌。它是目前唯一在全世界范围内广泛进行栽培的食用菌。我国南方各省栽培蘑菇十分普遍,近年来栽培面积迅速扩大,总产量已跃居世界前列。荷兰是世界上蘑菇单产最高的国家之一,每平方公尺已达三十公斤以上,而我国至今还未能超过其半,这表明我国蘑菇的栽培水平与国外相比还有相当差距。
Mushroom is a large fungus. It is currently the only edible fungus widely cultivated worldwide. The cultivation of mushrooms is very common in all provinces of the south of our country. In recent years, the cultivation area has rapidly expanded, and the total output has risen to the forefront in the world. As one of the countries with the highest mushroom yield in the world, the Netherlands has reached more than 30 kilograms per square meter, yet our country still has not exceeded half its figure so far. This shows that the cultivation level of mushrooms in China still lags behind that of foreign countries.
