企业改制是企业延续和发展的一种重要手段,在企业运作中有着很重要的作用.在企业的改制中,职工的思想观念需要较过去有很大的改变,这就对企业的思想政治工作提出了很高的要求.特别是知识经济体系的成型,企业之间的竞争更加激烈,在企业中,职工思想政治工作的重要性日益凸显.知识经济体系下,明确企业思想政治工作的规律,创新的开展思想政治工作,对企业顺利改制与持续发展起到至关重要的作用.
