【目的】 从分子水平探讨茶多酚 (GTP)抑制矽肺纤维化的机制。【方法】 使用人Proα1(Ⅰ )、Proα1(Ⅲ )型胶原cDNA探针 ,采用Northern杂交技术 ,观察矽尘处理大鼠在饮用不同剂量茶多酚饮水后 ,肺胶原mRNA水平。【结果】 经各剂量茶多酚处理染尘大鼠Proα1(Ⅰ )和Proα1(Ⅲ )表达水平均不同程度低于矽肺对照组大鼠 ,14mg/mlGTP组下降最为明显。【结论】 GTP可能抑制矽肺肺胶原基因表达。
【Objective】 To investigate the mechanism of tea polyphenols (GTP) inhibiting silicosis of fibrosis from the molecular level. 【Method】 Northern hybridization technique was used to detect the mRNA level of lung collagen after drinking different doses of tea polyphenols drinking water. 【Results】 The expression levels of Proα1 (Ⅰ) and Proα1 (Ⅲ) in the dust-exposed rats treated with tea polyphenols were all lower than those in the silicosis control group. The most significant decrease was observed in the 14 mg / ml GTP group. 【Conclusion】 GTP may inhibit the gene expression of silicosis lung collagen.
