目的:探讨Roy 适应模式结合情景教学法在儿科护理临床带教中的应用效果.方法:选取2019年来本院儿科实习的108名护生,按照随机数字表法划分成两组,将接受传统教学法的54名护生作为对照组,将采取Roy 适应模式结合情景教学法的54名护生作为研究组.于教学前、教学结束后对两组护生理论及操作技能成绩进行考核,同时于教学结束后测评其综合能力调查.结果:所有的对比标准中,均体现出了研究组成果高于对照组的局面.结论:在儿科实习教学中应用Roy 适应模式结合情景教学法,可提高护生理论知识及操作水平,增强护生沟通能力“,”Objective: to explore the effect of Roy Adaptation model combined with situational teaching method in pediatric nursing teaching. Methods: 108 nursing students were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table, and 54 nursing students who accepted the traditional teaching method were used as the control group, the study group consisted of 54 nursing students who adopted Roy Adaptation model and situational teaching method. The scores of theory and operation skills of two groups of nursing students were assessed before and after teaching, and their comprehensive ability was evaluated after teaching. Results: The results of the Study Group were higher than that of the control group in all the comparison criteria. Conclusion: The application of Roy Adaptation model and situational teaching method in pediatric practice teaching can improve nursing students\'\'theoretical knowledge and operation level, enhance their communication ability and other abilities.
