1989年夏季,在甘肃武威地区用间接测热法测定了5名青年男子在沙漠热环境工作时的能量消耗。结果表明,在沙漠环境中受试者基础代谢率、休息代谢率,沙漠和戈壁行军(负荷15kg、时速3.5km)的能量消耗分别为2.782、3.059、14.188、10.305kJ·m~(-2)·min~(-1)。在相似条件下,沙漠行军的能量消耗比戈壁行军高38%。气温对能量代谢有很大影响,但在不同活动状态下气温的影响不完全相同。在气温24.5~38.4℃条件下负荷行军期间,气温每升高1℃,能量消耗增加0.86%。然而,在安静休息状态,当气温在25~33℃时,能量消耗有随气温增加而减少的趋势,但气温在33~40℃时,能量消耗则又随气温增加而增加。提示,当体内代谢产热增加时,能量代谢更易受气温的影响。根据实验结果估算,在沙漠热环境中从事中等体力劳动的成年男子能量需要量大约为15.062MJ/d。
In the summer of 1989, energy consumption of 5 young men working in desert thermal environment was measured by indirect calorimetry in Wuwei, Gansu Province. The results showed that in the desert environment, the basal metabolic rate, resting metabolic rate, desert and Gobi march (load 15kg, speed 3.5km) consumed 2.782,3.059,14.188,10.305kJ · m -2, · Min ~ (-1).
