原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤是一组起源于胃粘膜下层淋巴组织的恶性肿瘤。临床上较少见,在胃细胞学检查及纤维胃镜应用前,本病术前诊断困难,为提高对本病的认识,兹将我院1963～1981年收治經手术及病理证实的原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤三例报告如下。病例介绍例1.男性,38岁,住院号169360,于1975年因胃不适,反酸,呕血經内科治疗无效。体检:T37℃,P82次/分,R20次/分,BP110/70mmHg,一般情况差,全身表浅淋巴结未触及,巩膜未有黄染。心肺阴性。腹部平坦,软,肝脾未触及,胃区有压痛,未触及包块,腹水征阴性,肠鸣音亢进,实验室检查:血色素12克,白细胞7800,中性77％,
Primary gastric malignant lymphomas are a group of malignant tumors that originate in the submucosal lymphoid tissues of the stomach. It is rare in clinical practice. Before gastric cytology and fiberoptic gastroscope application, the preoperative diagnosis of this disease is difficult.
