针对我国当今思想政治教育视角下企业文化建设存在的问题及对策进行了探索。本文首先分析了思想政治教育与企业文化建设两者间的隔阂,主要归因于形式主义、重器物与制度层面、主体价值的缺失及心理行为教化脱节;接着,本文从实现企业文化建设核心价值回归、确立企业文化观念层面核心地位、保证企业文化建设主体价值实现和构建企业文化心理行为调控机制四个方面深入解析了思想政治教育与企业文化建设融合的实现方法。
In view of the current ideological and political education in our country under the perspective of corporate culture and the problems existing in the exploration.
