分析了保护气体氧化势对钛微合金化Mn-Ni-Mo焊丝熔敷金属低温冲击韧性的影响,探讨了熔敷金属的韧化机制,并为焊丝选择了合理氧化势的保护气体。
The influence of the oxidation potential of the protective gas on the low temperature impact toughness of the deposited metal of the Ti-microalloyed Mn-Ni-Mo welding wire is analyzed. The toughening mechanism of the deposited metal is discussed, and the protective gas of reasonable oxidation potential is selected for the welding wire.
