抗代谢药物丝裂霉素C(MMC)因其可减少滤过泡纤维化过程,提高青光眼滤过性手术的成功率,近年来越来越广泛应用于滤过性手术中。然而,MMC作为一种非细胞周期性的细胞毒性药物,直接作用于眼球,对眼部组织有一定影响,有时甚至可导致严重的并发症。本文通过复习文献,就MMC对结膜、角膜上皮、角膜内皮、巩膜、睫状体、小梁网细胞等组织的影响作一综述,为临床合理使用MMC提供理论依据。
Mitomycin C (MMC), an antimetabolite drug, has been used more and more widely in filtration surgery because of its ability to reduce the process of filtration bleb fibrosis and improve the success rate of glaucoma filtration surgery. However, MMC, a non-cell cycle cytotoxic drug, acts directly on the eyeball and has some effect on ocular tissue, sometimes leading to serious complications. This review summarizes the effects of MMC on the tissues of the conjunctiva, corneal epithelium, corneal endothelium, sclera, ciliary body and trabecular meshwork cells by reviewing the literature, providing a theoretical basis for the clinical rational use of MMC.
