目的分析艾滋病合并肺结核临床特点。方法选取天津市海河医院近年来艾滋病合并肺结核住院患者3 6例为观察组,选取同期住院单纯肺结核患者3 6例为对照组,分析比较两组患者的临床资料。结果观察组体重下降、发热所占比例高于对照组,盗汗比例低于对照组;P P D试验阳性率、血清结核抗体检测阳性率观察组低于对照组;观察组合并空洞率低于对照组,合并淋巴结肿大、胸腔积液比率高于对照组;观察组合并肺外结核发生率高于对照组。结论艾滋病合并肺结核临床表现不典型,P P D及结核抗体阳性率低,空洞少见,易合并肺外结核。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Totally 36 cases of hospitalized AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Haihe Hospital of Tianjin were selected as the observation group. Thirty-six patients with tuberculosis in the same period were selected as the control group, and the clinical data of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The body weight of the observation group decreased, the proportion of fever was higher than that of the control group, and the rate of night sweats was lower than that of the control group. The positive rate of PPD test and the positive rate of serum TB antibody in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. With lymph node enlargement, pleural effusion ratio was higher than the control group; observation group and pulmonary tuberculosis incidence was higher than the control group. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis are not typical, the positive rate of P P D and TB antibodies is low, the cavity is rare, and the pulmonary tuberculosis easily merges.
