活动中如何进行观察,观察什么,反映了一名教师的基本技能。作为管理者,我非常重视对教师观察记录的阅读,从记录的客观事实中了解该班级工作的多个侧面,从分析及对应策略制定中能看出教师对于《纲要》、《指南》的学用程度,并在观察教师组织班级活动时,能了解教师的教育行为与其文字工作中的思维是否存在差异,措施的可操作性和有效性是如何自检的。
How to observe the activities, observe what reflects a teacher’s basic skills. As a manager, I attach great importance to the reading of teachers’ observation records. I know many aspects of the class work from the objective facts of the record. From the analysis and corresponding strategy formulation, I can see that the teacher’s study of the Outline and the Guide Using the degree, and observing the teachers’ class activities, we can understand whether there is a difference between the teacher’s educational behavior and the thinking in his word work and how the measures are operable and effective.
