目的:用葡萄糖定量法检测2种纤维桩粘接材料与纤维桩粘接后的微渗漏情况。方法:将32颗下颌第一双尖牙截冠后用随机对照分组法分为2个实验组(每组15颗)和2个对照组(阳性对照和阴性对照各1例),分别用RelyXTM Unicem和Dulink粘接后,每个样本放置在万能测试仪上,顺牙长轴方向,100N,加载24万次后,置于微渗漏检测模型中,分别在第3,4,10,17,24,31,38,73天检测从冠方向根方渗漏的葡萄糖浓度。结果:实验组所有样本均在第17天检测出微渗漏,第38天开始微渗漏明显放缓,两组间无显著性差异。结论:RelyXTM Unicem与Dulink粘接纤维桩后微渗漏无差异。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the microleakage of two types of fiber post adhesive materials and fiber posts by glucose quantitative method. Methods: The 32 first mandibular first canines were divided into two experimental groups (15 in each group) and two control groups (one in each of positive control and negative control) by means of randomized control grouping method. RelyXTM Unicem and Dulink bonding, each sample placed on the universal tester, along the long axis of the tooth orientation, 100N, loaded 240,000 times, placed in the microleakage detection model, respectively, 3,4,10,17 , 24,31,38,73 days to detect the root direction from the square root leakage of glucose concentration. Results: All the samples in the experimental group detected microleakage on the 17th day. The microleakage began to slow down obviously on the 38th day, with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: There was no difference in microleakage between RelyXTM Unicem and Dulink bond fiber posts.
