推进器壳体为海洋船舶上的推进器外壳,其结构形状复杂,壁厚差别大,铸造工艺难度大。本文采用华铸CAE凝固模拟软件并结合产品的实物质量对其铸造工艺进行设计与优化,确定推进器壳体铸件较合适的铸造工艺方案,并得到了实践验证。
The propeller shell is a propeller shell on a marine vessel. The structure of the propeller shell is complex, the wall thickness is greatly different, and the casting process is difficult. In this paper, Huazhuo CAE solidification simulation software combined with the actual product quality of its casting process design and optimization to determine the propeller shell castings more appropriate casting process, and has been verified by practice.
