介绍可以同时用于超声电视成像测井和第一胶结面固井质量检测测井的小井眼井下超声测井仪。为了提高电路系统的设计集成度,降低电路功耗,选用了FPGA(Field Program mable Gate Array)芯片设计仪器电路,使井下仪器电路板宽度达到33 m m ,仪器外径缩小到70 mm ;将地面仪器设计成一块ISA总线接口板。在固井质量检测中,对波形的量化采用了10位的A/D芯片,提高了电视成像的精度。仪器在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。
This paper introduces a slimhole downhole ultrasonic logging tool that can be used for both ultrasonic imaging and the first cementing quality testing well. In order to improve the design integration of the circuit system and reduce the power consumption of the circuit, an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip was chosen to design the circuit so that the width of the downhole instrument circuit board was 33 m m and the diameter of the instrument was reduced to 70 mm. The instrument is designed as an ISA bus interface board. In the cementing quality testing, a 10-bit A / D chip is used for the quantization of the waveform, which improves the accuracy of the television imaging. Instrument in practical application has achieved good results.
