最近,我以改选队委为主题组织队员召开了一次主题队会。那场面既令我感动,又令我担忧,更引起了我的沉思。那天,一阵急促的上课铃声之后,我来到教室,只见孩子们个个坐得端端正正,教室里鸦雀无声,给老师的问候声也显得震耳欲聋。从孩子们的脸上,我看到了那一颗颗激动而又紧张的心。出旗、唱队歌之后,我宣布了推选程序和推选要求,然后开始推选中队长。我介绍道:作为中队长,要表现最好,学习最优秀,性格活泼大方,值得大家信任。话音刚落,队员们纷纷举起手来。第一个站起来的孩子说:“我推选蓝樱子,因为她每个方面都很优秀,我们都很喜欢她。”接着,同学都推选蓝樱子。我宣布举手表决,结果49双小手同时举起。看来,这孩子确实不错。我高兴地为她戴上了中队长的标志,同时也为孩子们这种公正无私、一心为集体的行为所感动。
