目的研究多糖抗肿瘤作用的可能机制。方法采用免疫组化方法研究蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达影响。结果蕏苓多糖作用后,小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达显著增强(P<0.01)。结论蕏苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达有激活作用。
Objective To study the possible mechanism of anti-tumor effect of polysaccharides. Methods The expression of TNF-α in HepA tumor cells was studied by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: The expression of TNF-α in HepA tumor cells was significantly increased after the administration of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (P<0.01). Conclusion LPS can activate the expression of TNF-α in mouse HepA tumor cells.
