目的:研究板栗毛壳水提液(AEICM)对大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:采用板栗毛壳水提液(AE-ICM)对大鼠连续灌胃7d后,利用4-血管阻断(4-VO)法建立全脑缺血再灌注动物模型,采用干湿质量法观察板栗毛壳水提液(AEICM)对脑水肿的影响,利用分光光度法检测大鼠脑、肝、肾、心等组织中丙二醛(MDA)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果:AEICM能显著减轻脑水肿(P<0.05),降低MDA(P<0.01)的水平,增加各器官组织中SOD(P<0.01或P<0.05)和(GSH-PX)(P<0.05)活性。结论:AEICM对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect of chestnut shell water extract (AEICM) on global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: The rat model of global cerebral ischemia / reperfusion was established by 4-Vascular Blocking (4-VO) after the rats were continuously gavaged with AE-ICM for 6 days. The effects of aqueous extract of chestnut shell (AEICM) on cerebral edema were observed. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total cholesterol in brain, liver, kidney and heart were detected by spectrophotometry Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity. Results: AEICM could significantly reduce cerebral edema (P <0.05), decrease MDA (P <0.01) and increase SOD (P <0.01 or P <0.05) and (GSH-PX) active. Conclusion: AEICM has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Its mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation.
