为了研究无抗生素发酵饲料对猪体内猪瘟与伪狂犬病毒抗体水平的影响,试验选择出生日期、初生重、健康状况基本一致的仔猪120头,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验组饲喂无抗生素发酵饲料,对照组饲喂与试验组营养水平相当的基础日粮(添加抗生素)。试验期179 d。分别在第5,15,25,44,75,179天用ELISA检测试剂盒测定猪瘟与伪狂犬病毒的抗体水平。结果表明:猪瘟病毒抗体水平在第5,15,25,44天时试验组与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);第75,179天时试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);伪狂犬病毒抗体水平在第5,15,25,44,75,179天时试验组与对照组之间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明长期饲喂无抗生素的复合益生菌发酵饲料可以有效提高猪体内猪瘟抗体水平,保持伪狂犬病毒抗体水平达到饲喂有抗生素饲料的水平,提高机体抗病能力,有望广泛应用于猪场。
In order to study the effect of antibiotic-free fermented feed on swine fever and PRV antibody in pigs, 120 piglets with identical birth date, primary birth weight and health status were randomly divided into test group and control group with 6 Repeat, each repeated 10 pigs. The experimental group was fed the antibiotic-free fermented feed, while the control group was fed the basal diet (supplemented with antibiotics) with the same nutritional level as the experimental group. Test period 179 d. Antibody levels of classical swine fever and pseudorabies virus were determined by ELISA kit on days 5, 15, 25, 44, 75 and 179, respectively. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group on the 5th, 15th, 25th, the 44th day (P> 0.05). The antibody level of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 75th and 179th days (P <0.05). Pseudorabies virus antibody levels at the 5th, 15th, 25th, 44th, 75th, and 179th days were not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05). The results showed that the long-term feeding of antibiotics-free compound probiotic fermentation feed can effectively increase the level of antibody against classical swine fever in pigs, and keep the level of antibody against Pseudorabies virus to feed the feed with antibiotics, and improve the disease resistance of pigs. It is expected to be widely used in pig farms.
