科学技术是第一生产力,它的进步与发展给人类带来了巨大的变化,改变了人类的生存方式,同时也深刻地影响着法律文化。本文在阐释“科技发展”和“法律文化”两个概念内涵的基础上,探索了“科技发展”对“法律文化”的影响。科技发展对法律文化的丰富体现在:科技发展开辟了新的立法领域,科技发展要求对原有的法律进行改革,科技发展推动了法律实施方式的进步;科技发展对法律文化的变革体现在:科技发展不断变革人们的法律意识、法律的传播方式和法律的实施方式。为应对科技发展对法律文化的影响,有关部门应当制定完备的法律体系,同时提升法律和科技工作者的法治观念和文化素养。
Science and technology are the primary productive forces. The progress and development of science and technology have brought great changes to mankind. They have changed the way of human existence and at the same time profoundly influenced the legal culture. Based on the explanation of the connotation of “science and technology development” and “legal culture”, this paper explores the influence of “science and technology development” on “legal culture”. The richness of science and technology in law and culture is reflected in the fact that the development of science and technology has opened up a new area of legislation. The development of science and technology requires the reform of the original laws. The development of science and technology has promoted the progress of law enforcement. The changes of science and technology on the legal culture are reflected in: The development of science and technology constantly changes people’s awareness of law, the law’s mode of transmission and the law’s implementation. In order to cope with the impact of the development of science and technology on the legal culture, relevant departments should formulate a complete legal system and at the same time enhance the legal concept and cultural accomplishment of law and science and technology workers.
