目的:了解高职高专院校教师教学能力现状。方法:采用自拟问卷,从教师基本情况、教学准备、教学过程及教学研究等方面调查二所高职高专学校748人。结果:41.6%教师以教学大纲为主线组织教材,70.4%的教师通过课堂教学了解学生,81.6%的教师采用讲授法授课,52.8%的教师经常学习教育教学理论。结论:高职高专院校应注重培养双师、重组教材,教师教学上应熟知教学对象、采用仿真教学方式并加强教学研究。
Objective: To understand the current situation of teachers’ teaching ability in higher vocational colleges. Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 748 senior secondary vocational schools from the basic situation of teachers, teaching preparation, teaching process and teaching and research. Results: 41.6% of the teachers organized the teaching materials with the syllabus as the main line, 70.4% of the teachers learned the students through the classroom teaching, 81.6% used the teaching method and 52.8% used the teaching theory of education regularly. Conclusion: Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to cultivating double teachers and reorganizing teaching materials. Teachers should be familiar with teaching objects, adopt simulation teaching methods and strengthen teaching and research.
